The company H. Dantas Coco Verde began its activities in 1996, with the creation of the irrigated perimeter of the Neópolis/SE Plateau. We are located on the SE 335 highway (direction Neópolis-Penedo/AL), subdivision nº 24, on the right bank of the São Francisco River. 110 km from the capital Aracaju.
We currently have 30,000 irrigated green dwarf coconut trees, and the quality of our fruits is highlighted in several marketing regions. Our main reference is the quality of our fruits, with an average of 500 mL/fruit, and with an estimated weight of 2.5 kg/fruit, making our fruits recognized for their very uniform size and their very tasty water. .
In addition to our internal technical support, we count on a partnership with EMBRAPA Tabuleiros Costeiros to carry out experiments, aiming to obtain new data to improve technical and agricultural management coefficients, resulting in a link between research and commercial application.
In any case, EMBRAPA - in the form of its researchers - also acts as support for the company, helping to solve problems from planting to post-harvest, and to constantly update knowledge about coconut cultivation.
